The move was encouraged by recent verdicts of the European and German courts. Although a start-up, li-x has got a history by its parent company <a title=\"Preo Software AG\" href=\"http:\/\/www.preo-ag.com\" target=\"_blank\">Preo Software AG<\/a> and its founders Boris and Christoph Voege.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, all experienced companies involved in used software license resale, namely <a title=\"Usedsoft\" href=\"http:\/\/www.usedsoft.com\" target=\"_blank\">Usedsoft<\/a>, <a title=\"Stille Software\" href=\"http:\/\/www.susensoftware.com\" target=\"_blank\">Susensoftware<\/a> and <a title=\"2ndSoft\" href=\"http:\/\/www.2ndsoft.de\" target=\"_blank\">2ndSoft<\/a>, are increasing their web presence and look for means to accomodate an easier transfer of licenses to ensure compliance with the existing legislation.
